Thank You for Qualified Publications and Support for Science from MAKÜ: Q1 and Q2 Scientific Publication Thank You Ceremony Took Place

An important thank you ceremony was held by the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Research and Development Coordination Office for academics contributing to the university's scientific production. The first of the "Q1 and Q2 Scientific Publication Thank You Ceremony" was held at the Lavanta Tepesi Hotel, honoring scientists who published in high-impact factor journals in the first quarter of 2026.

During the ceremony, thank you certificates were presented by Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar to researchers who signed qualified scientific publications in the Q1 and Q2 categories in the first quarter of 2026. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Dalgar emphasized the critical role of academic publications in increasing the university's scientific visibility and its reputation in national/international arenas, congratulating the researchers for their valuable contributions.

With the awareness that the increase in the number of qualified publications is one of the key indicators of scientific development, MAKÜ expressed its gratitude to all academics who contributed to this success. Additionally, the fact that the entire Research and Development Coordination Office team also qualified for certificates by publishing in the Q1 and Q2 categories became a source of great pride, showcasing the office's identity as both a promoter and a producer.
